Pure Alchemy and its staff will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items brought to the salon or spa.

 While we take great care to ensure your comfort and safety, you acknowledge that all services, including hair, skin, and body treatments, are undertaken at your own risk. We will not be held liable for any injury, allergic reactions, or adverse effects that may occur.

 We are committed to using high-quality products, but results may vary depending on individual skin type, hair condition, and other personal factors. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

 While we strive to achieve the best possible results based on your preferences, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the outcome will match exactly what is shown to us (whether in photos, images, or examples) due to individual differences in hair type, skin tone, texture, or other factors. Additionally, some images provided to us may be digitally altered, including AI-generated photos, and may not reflect realistic results. 

 Appointments must be canceled no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within the 24-hour period will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.

For no-call, no-show appointments, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

In the event of an emergency, appointments may be rescheduled without charge, but this is at our discretion.

  We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms and allow for a smooth check-in process. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to ensure that we stay on schedule for the next guest. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply. Please let us know as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.

 Your safety and comfort are important to us. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities, please notify your service provider prior to your appointment. Some treatments or products may not be suitable for certain medical conditions or stages of pregnancy. In these cases, we can offer alternative services or products to ensure your safety. We recommend consulting with your doctor if you are unsure about the suitability of any service during pregnancy or related to medical conditions.  

  We reserve the right to refuse service at any time, at our discretion. In the event of inappropriate behavior or disrespectful conduct towards our staff, we will charge the client the full price of the service and kindly ask them to leave the premises immediately. We strive to maintain a professional and respectful environment for both clients and staff.

 Children under the age of 18 who are receiving services must have a signed consent form from a parent or guardian. For safety and comfort, we ask that a parent or guardian remains with the child throughout the entire service. We are not responsible for supervising children during their visit, and we recommend making arrangements for their care if they are not receiving services.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are valid for products and services at our location only and cannot be used for tips or gratuity. Gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen, so please treat them like cash. Expiration dates, if any, will be clearly stated on the gift card.

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt. All returns will be credited in the form of a store credit, unless the product is defective or damaged.
